1. Download the Bondi Tens Entry Form.

2. Fill in your team details.

3. Send the completed form to the Bondi Tens organisers as per the instructions on the form.

Please indicate your interest in participating in the tournament by completing the Bondi Tens Entry Form and returning it to bgarland76@gmail.com as soon as possible. Places will be limited and judging by the interest to date, latecomers might well miss out, so get in early to avoid disappointment.

The cost of entry to the tournament is again A$825 (includes GST) per squad of 15 players. If your club is unable to field a full team, but individuals
